Northern Rockies Ecosystem Protection ACT (NREPA)

There are too many people that think that wilderness designation is the best way to protect the forest from man. It is not. All it does is limit the management’s ability to manage federal lands and fails to make a better healthier wilderness. It fails to enrich biodiversity, it fails to keep the forest healthy, it fails to create positive economic input and it fails to provide access to everyone’s land.

I love the internet for reading. I really don’t like sitting down and reading a book as I would rather read on the internet. I think its because I think the information is stale. The real time of the internet allows to follow things in a more timely manor.

The Governator’s Flight Gets Terminated.

California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger had his flight end sooner than expected when the cockpit filled with smoke and landed at Van Nuys Airport.  Schwarzenegger took a photo and twitpic‘ed it and tweeted.

US Senator Barbara Boxer rips Brigadier General for calling her Ma’am.

Brig. Gen. Michael Walsh, with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, was testifying on the Louisiana coastal restoration process in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. He began to answer one of Boxer’s questions with “ma’am” when Boxer immediately cut him off.

CNN blasted by New Social Media

Since last Friday Twitterers has crucified CNN for their Iranian election coverage. Just do a twitter search with the hash tag #CNN Fail. The tweets blasting CNN has been huge. It has been so huge that CNN has had to address it and produce content refuting the tweets. It has also become so important that the State Department this week asked Twitter to postpone a scheduled maintenance shutdown of its service to keep information flowing from inside Iran amid the growing crisis over its disputed election. Is it Barack Obama or Jimmy Carter?

It isn’t enough that Barack Hussein Obama is pimping his plan at every dog and pony show but he has now commandeered the All Barack Channel (ABC) to run his govermercial care bull. In addition to running his govermercial care the President is failing to provide equal time to the other side of socialism. How convenient? Where the hell is Michael Moore and his in convenient hijacking of public TV channels? The FCC wouldn’t allow this shenanigans during an election. The RNC has filed a complaint to ABC News but was mocked.

Sugarhouse Trolley Coming Soon.

Becker’s latest boondoogle is a trolley line in Sugarhouse. Dictator Becker wants to spend $50,000,000 for a slow moving trolley line that runs a grand total of 2 miles or $48 a foot. UTA expects the streetcar system dreams it might get at least 2,300 riders a day. At that pace it would take 15 years at $4 a ride to pay the $50,000,000 off.
