9/11 Defendants Want Platform for Views

Evidently our soon to be reality TV stars  are looking for a large platform from which to market their wares. The conspirators are about to embark on a magically journey of trying American’s interests in American court. I can’t wait for the Zionist crusaders defense. Nothing like airing our dirty laundry world wide and in prime time for every anti-american to watch and gain a new and improved reason to hate us.

This trial is about to make the OJ Simpson trial of the 1990′s seem like a small traffic court case. Its gonna be fun kids.

NEW YORK – The five men facing trial in the Sept. 11 attacks will plead not guilty so that they can air their criticisms of U.S. foreign policy, the lawyer for one of the defendants said.

Scott Fenstermaker, the lawyer for accused terrorist Ali Abd al-Aziz Ali, said Sunday the men would not deny their role in the 2001 attacks but “would explain what happened and why they did it.”

The U.S. Justice Department announced earlier this month that Ali and four other men accused of murdering nearly 3,000 people in the deadliest terrorist attack in the U.S. will face a civilian federal trial just blocks from the site of the destroyed World Trade Center.

Ali, also known as Ammar al-Baluchi, is a nephew of professed 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed.

Mohammed, Ali and the others will explain “their assessment of American foreign policy,” Fenstermaker said.

“Their assessment is negative,” he said.

Fenstermaker met with Ali last week at the U.S. prison at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba. He has not spoken with the others but said the men have discussed the trial among themselves.

I don’t understand how our Attorney General Eric Holder could believe and think he could, without any downside, bring to American soil terrorist. I don’t understand the reasoning he will attempt to try in the American legal system these 9-11 terrorists? These jokers are going to make a circus out of the American justice system. Here it is in print, advertising in bold, to everyone that the circus is coming to town just wait for it.

These clowns are about to bring up things that for 200 years we left in military courts because we didn’t want to set a new precedence in our legal system. Our legal system isn’t set up for the trial that is about to be brought. The trial will involve classified information, clandestine targets and other things that as American citizens should be left in the dark in my view.

I really don’t care how we gather intelligence information and I really rather not know other than that the information saves American lives.  I am ok with torture and murder. I am ok with wiretaps. I am ok with profiling on foreigners. This is a war on terrorists. I don’t believe in rules in War other than just win baby.

American citizens have the Constitution and Bill of Rights to protect them and the rules are different.

If you look and act like a terrorist you should expect people to be suspicious. I haven’t seen many Danish grandmothers killing innocent Americans. If you do things that make you seem like a terrorist you probably are a terrorist or incredible stupid either way I have no complaints if you are questioned.

As far as the 9/11 conspirators, why don’t we just give them a 12 hour no holds bar attempt for the terrorists to explain their reasons for attacking innocent civilians on prime time TV?  That way we could just get it over with instead of dragging it out for the next 20 years. Don’t the victims deserve swift justice?  I am sure that it would be a killer on sweeps week. We could have the networks bid on it and use that money to recoup our loses for these war criminals.

Out of curiosity I googled Mr Fenstermaker and here is his photo. Mr Fenstermaker is about to become a star just like Johnny Cochran in the OJ trial.  I am sure he and his firm are about to mint a fortune out of this case. Good for Him.

Update… Flipping through the channel I saw him on The O’Reily Factor and it turns out he is a slippery lawyer.

Three times Fenstermaker is more concerned with the number of people killed then answering Bill’s questions. He comes across as a slimy, slimy bastard.

I do agree with Fenstermaker that the defendants should be tried under a fair trial and they do deserve defense. I thought it was interesting that when asked if he knew people hated him for this what he thought. Fenstermaker makes an excellent point that people who hate him for defending someone who is presumed guilty also hate the rule of law.
