I don't consider Schindler's List as a war movie per say. Braveheart didn't come to mind but is still one of my favorite movies. Pearl Harbor was too cheesy for me. Ben Afleck hasn't been in a good movie since Good Will Hunting.

I thought it was pretty good but some of the dialogue was painfully cheesy. I also liked "Letters from Iwo Jima" ("Iwo Jima Kara No Tegami") much better than "Flags of our Fathers."
