Janet… I hope I didn’t offend you. You may be right… about the insecurity but I think that you have found your voice and your writing has grown. And I love opinionated… because I too am very much.

I wonder who exactly this is – not my friend Eran because I don’t see him writing this. I laughed to learn your first impression of my blog.

In real life I’m not at all snobby. Your impression could be because I was more likely insecure. My knowledge was constantly being questioned and I hadn’t earned the respect I have now. I was new (but I was completely enamored by it all). I’ve seen this happen to others who are much more successful than I am. After a while you realize that it’s alright to admit you don’t know or you don’t excel at everything – even things you think you should excel at. No one is good at everything and online marketing is a huge field.

Also, I’m opinionated on some issues and that confidence could come across as snobby. If anything I’m constantly humbled by the brainpower in this industry and the quality of some of the blogs I regularly read (like Mashable).

Thanks for recommending my blog. Now if I can only blog more regularly…Twitter has taken over as my favorite communication tool.
