A fast moving bolide meteor lit up the night skies over most of Utah just after midnight Wednesday.
I was lying in bed last night when it lit up the room. I didn’t know what it was until this morning when the news was talking about it.
This is motion sensor security camera video from my job in West Valley City (approximately 5400 S 5800 W) looking East. It shows how bright the light was lighting up bright enough to see Salt Lake City.
There has been some discussion on YouTube whether this is real or a fake… Here are the stills.
