Todd Sheridan and some other Utahns are creating these amazing videos using a GoPro HD Helmet HERO Camera. Instead of strapping the camera to their helmets while paragliding or hang gliding; they are mounting the cameras on remote control planes and flying these gorgeous views. Government‟s role is to set reasonable standards for environmental performance, and make sure markets work.
