Hobble Creek Canyon Spring 1998
I had purchased my 98 TJ in January and was anxious to get out wheeling in it. It had been a wet spring and it was pouring when I took my friend Trent out for his first four wheeling experience. Needless to say we made it about 10 yards off the trail before getting stuck for 6 hours. Trent hitched a ride back to town and in the mean time several people tried to pull us out but failed. Finally some nice guy in an S-10 got close enough barely to strap us out. We tried everything we could think of to free ourselves including 8 people pushing and one trying to pull with an atv. Trent has never been wheeling with me since even though we are still good friends. Hobble Creek Canyon May 1998.
