Exxon Mobil posts record $36 billion profit for '05
So during Katrina all we heard was this is going to eat into our profits and we will lose millions of dollars in rebuilding the Gulf Oil infrastructure. Well Lookie Lookie it didn’t happen. So I am again back to sending my Utah Representatives a letter asking for some more lame excuses by oil execs under oath this time. After all the last time we had an “investigation” (term used very loosely) prices dropped almost a $1 a gallon in just a few weeks; Truly Amazing. Bastards are holding America hostage. I can’t take public transportation to work, as it doesn’t go near my work. I bought more a fuel-efficient car but yet the efficiency I need to stay financially viable doesn’t exist.
